Children today do not respect their elders. Respect is needed for a society to work well. In past generations children were taught by their parents to respect their elders, the law, others and themselves. In my opinion, some children today are raised to only think of themselves and do not respect their elders or their surroundings. My main point is lack of respect is a large issue in society.
